How to Register
Follow these simple steps to complete your registration
Complete Registration
Please complete this online Google Form and click the Submit button at the end. Once submitted, you are registered and you will receive a confirmation email.
Pay Registration Fees
The next step is to pay your conference fees online or by check and reserve your hotel room.
Conference Registration Fees
• Registrations will not be accepted after October 6th
• Walk-in registration is not available
• Conference registration cancellation deadline is October 6, 2025
• Payment will be refunded (minus $50)
• $500 additional fee if you choose to stay at a different hotel (Member counties exempt)

Pay online using a credit card by going to the SACA website: Fall Conference Payments. Please reference this event and your name on the information line. A credit card service fee will be charged.

Mail a check payable to California SACA Foundation and reference your name on the information line.
